This also eliminates unsightly seams common with typical mulling systems and creates a much cleaner appearance. Removable tilt-in sash makes cleaning from the interior easier. Fusion-welded corners on the mainframe and sash add strength and ensure a weather-tight seal. 3/4” insulated glass sealed with the Intercept®Warm Edge system for increased thermal efficiency and reduced seal failures and condensation. Reinforced meeting rail and sash lock rail prevents sagging and provides a metal surface for locking hardware mounting screws. Block and tackle balance system ensures quiet, trouble-free sash operation. Durable cam lock with keeper; two locks per sash standard on all windows 20” and wider. Multi-chambered frame increases thermal performance and overall strength of window frame. Pocketed sloped sill and fully welded water dam leg ensure watertight performance.
